Envipro Holdings Inc. (hereinafter, the Company), held a group joint entrance ceremony on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at the Rose Theatre in Fuji City, Shizuoka Prefecture, including its group company Econecol Inc. This fiscal year, we welcomed 10 new colleagues who will work with us to realize our strategic concept of "Leading the Circular Economy."
A Youth-Led Entrance Ceremony Embodying "Autonomy"
Our group has set forth "a disciplined group of autonomous individuals with emergent capabilities" as the organizational image that supports sustainable growth. To embody this policy, this year's entrance ceremony was led by a fourth-year employee who served as the secretariat leader, spearheading everything from planning to the day's proceedings. By having young employees take the lead in welcoming new colleagues, communication that transcends age and departmental barriers was generated right after joining the company, and lively discussions took place at the luncheon.
