Entacare Institute is exploring new approaches to maintain mental health through entertainment, aiming to provide daily enjoyment and vitality to elderly individuals requiring care and those in need of welfare support.

With the appointment of Mr. Shoichi Iida, who has extensive experience in media production and the establishment of content distribution and copyright systems, as a Research Fellow, we aim to further strengthen our research framework.

A Research Fellow refers to a member equivalent to our (delegated) executive officer, playing a role in leading the company through research and expertise. Mr. Iida is the second such appointee, following Mr. Kubota.

Mr. Shoichi Iida

He has been involved in the planning and production of a wide range of content, primarily focusing on video and music, and has led the optimization of content distribution, including the formulation of rights processing schemes and infrastructure development in the digital age.

Going forward, in Entacare Institute's projects, he is expected to contribute to the development of new solutions that smoothly connect care sites with cultural experiences, leveraging his on-site knowledge as a media producer and his expertise in intellectual property management.

We also report the continued reappointment of Mr. Kazutomo Nakashima as Senior Project Manager.

Since June last year, Mr. Nakashima has served as a project manager for the service development of "CareScore™," a service that visualizes the barrier-free status of cities, within our Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's "Urban Spatial Information Digital Infrastructure Development Support Project.

This year, he has been reappointed with an even higher level of commitment.

Specifically, he is actively contributing as an expert focusing on creative and marketing strategies in the development of educational services currently planned and in our new business development.

Below, we present the introductions and inauguration comments of both individuals.

Both individuals are participating in a concurrent capacity, and there are no changes whatsoever to their other affiliations or titles.

Furthermore, both individuals will also design collaborations between their concurrent organizations and Entacare Institute, with the policy of enabling more progressive project implementation.

[Inauguration Comment]

I am honored to join the circle of Entacare Institute. With the hypothesis of an ideal relationship between people and content, I want to try to create a mechanism that constantly stirs (including my own) the memories in the brains of the elderly, rather than letting them settle.
