Enfactory Inc. (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, CEO Kenta Kato) will host a seminar on April 28, 2026 (Tuesday) from 12:00-13:30 JST, titled 'Learn from Professionals who Succeeded in New Business Development at Recruit/Rakuten: 6 Key Points to Consider for Organizational Design for Successful New Businesses.' (Details here: https://ldu.enfactory.co.jp/20260428?utm_source=enfactory&utm_medium=form&utm_campaign=homepage_inquiry)

New business success is not solely dependent on the quality of ideas. The 'design of people and organization' that drives the business forward is key to growth. In new business development, it is crucial to appropriately involve external expertise in areas such as market research, technology collaboration, and alliances, rather than trying to complete everything in-house, especially with limited resources and the need for speed.

This seminar will feature Shinsaku Imasato (Representative Director, Shinsaku Lab Inc.), who has supported new business development after experiencing the launch phases at Recruit, Rakuten Group, and startup ventures. Based on his extensive practical experience, he will explain:
・6 perspectives to consider in organizational design for new businesses
・Approach to identifying and selecting talent according to business phases
・Drawing the line between 'what should be handled in-house' and 'what should leverage external resources'

Additionally, experts in research, TX (Technology Transformation), and professional talent utilization will share concrete methodologies on 'how to effectively utilize external forces,' which are essential for accelerating new businesses.

We invite you to gain insights from this seminar to transform new business from 'individual challenges' into 'reproducible organizational initiatives.'

Shinsaku Imasato
Representative Director, Shinsaku Lab Inc.

Born in Fukuoka Prefecture in 1963. Joined Recruit in 1989, where he held various roles including IT solution sales, media and product development, new business launch, CRM center construction, and new graduate recruitment projects. He also experienced the launch of a joint venture between Dentsu and Recruit. In 2009, he moved to Rakuten Group, where he managed roles in corporate planning, EC business, advertising business, media business, and new service development. From 2016, he entered the startup world, participating in management as VP at Kaizen Platform and F-code (both IPOs), overseeing business operations, organizational development, marketing, and recruitment. In 2021, he became independent and established Shinsaku Lab Inc. Through his many successes and failures, he established a 'co-creation support' style that is not one-sided consultation. He visualizes 'materials' for executives to make decisions and structures the process to achieve results, creating a 'system' that allows on-site teams to move without hesitation. Instead of simply providing 'answers,' he thoroughly supports customer teams until they can operate independently by continuously asking high-quality 'questions.' Currently, he supports new business development and existing business remodeling for various companies, from listed companies to startups, as a 'business development partner.'
