ENEOS Holdings to Sponsor Japan Physically Disabled Baseball Federation Again This Year!

ENEOS Holdings (hereinafter, ENEOS HD) is pleased to announce that it will continue to support the activities of the Japan Physically Disabled Baseball Federation (hereinafter, JDL), a specified non-profit organization, as ENEOS this fiscal year. JDL is a sports organization established in 1993 with the aim of promoting and developing disabled baseball in Japan and contributing to the healthy physical and mental development of people with physical disabilities. ENEOS, which has long operated a corporate baseball team, has been sponsoring JDL since fiscal year 2007 and supporting activities such as baseball tournaments, driven by the desire to contribute to sports promotion and youth development through 'baseball.' The '34th National Physically Disabled Baseball Tournament,' to be held in Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, on May 16 (Saturday) - 17 (Sunday), is the largest physically disabled baseball tournament in Japan, continuing since 1993, with the aim of maintaining and improving the health of people with disabilities and promoting their social participation. Sixteen teams selected from the 36 teams affiliated with JDL, based on their performance in last autumn's regional qualifiers, will compete for the championship flag. The earnest and dedicated play shown by the athletes who have accumulated rigorous training for this day gives great courage and inspiration every year.
