Another area is portfolio transformation and global expansion. Our business development, which has traditionally been Japan-centric, is now expanding globally, particularly to Asia and North America. In fact, we are pursuing M&A and organic growth overseas. Recently, we successfully spun off our metals business through an IPO, yielding significant results. In the future, many of you will likely be assigned overseas. As positions requiring English discussion skills increase, please start polishing your language skills little by little from now on.
