Eneliver Supports the Development and Operation of EV Charging App 'Decarbo. Charge' Provided by Eiwa Densetsu

Charge" for EV users, provided by Eiwa Densetsu Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture; President: Tomoaki Murakami; hereinafter "Eiwa Densetsu").

Background of Service Provision
Eiwa Densetsu has been engaged in the installation and construction of energy-saving equipment such as solar power generation, V2H, and EcoCute for many years, based in Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture. As the wave of EV adoption reaches regional areas, the company decided to operate charging infrastructure as a service provider itself. This decision stems from a sense of challenge to "move beyond a one-time relationship that ends with installation and connect continuously with EV owners" and a sense of mission that "regional EV adoption will not progress unless charging infrastructure is developed."
Through this development support, Eiwa Densetsu can build its own branded EV charging app in a short period and at a low cost, based on our EV charging cloud platform "Eneliver Cloud," which is compatible with the international communication standard OCPP. Furthermore, by participating in the Eneliver network, users will have access to charging spots nationwide from the very first day of service.

The Goal of Decarbo. Charge
In promoting EV charging infrastructure, Eiwa Densetsu focuses on three markets: commercial facilities, residential complexes, and workplaces. While the need for charger installation is increasing in these facilities along with EV adoption, there are many cases where they hesitate to introduce chargers due to high installation costs, complex construction work, and the lack of a post-installation operation and management system.
In commercial facilities, while the demand for EV charging services for customers is rising, the time and effort required to monitor charger operation status and manage usage fees serve as barriers to adoption.
In residential complexes, there is no means to prevent use by non-residents, and the risk of trouble for the management association is a factor causing hesitation.
At workplaces, although companies want to support EV charging for company cars and employees, management challenges such as tracking who charged how much and restricting use by non-employees hinder the first step toward adoption.
To address the challenges faced by these facilities, Decarbo. Charge provides a one-stop support system from installation to daily operation management by offering chargers and the app as a set. Flexible operation according to the size and purpose of the facility is possible.

Partner Network Strategy and System Overview
We are promoting the construction of a "decentralized EV charging platform" where multiple operators can mutually use the entire charging network while deploying their own branded EV charging services.

Each partner can access charging spots nationwide managed by Eneliver Cloud while maintaining its own brand. "Decarbo. Charge" users can use the entire Eneliver network (approx. 290 facilities, 1,400 ports), and users of the Eneliver app or other partner apps can also use Decarbo. Charge spots.
The more partners with locally rooted construction capabilities and customer bases participate, the more charging spots will increase, enhancing the convenience of the entire network.
