Eneliver Launches 5-Year Free Campaign for 'Eneliver Cloud'

Eneliver Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Akimasa Nakajima) has announced a campaign offering five years of free access to the 'Eneliver Cloud' standard plan. This applies to facilities installing the company's 'Eneliver Wallbox' (6kW EV/PHEV charger) or 'Eneliver Controller' (OCPP controller for EV outlets).

The campaign is designed to align with the five-year mandatory retention period often required by EV charging infrastructure subsidies, aiming to reduce the introduction and operational burden for residential complexes, offices, factories, and commercial facilities.

## Campaign Overview
Facilities that newly install Eneliver's charging equipment (Wallbox or Controller) will receive the 'Eneliver Cloud' standard plan at no monthly cost for five years.

## Eligibility
Facilities newly installing Eneliver Wallbox or Controller (residential complexes, parking lots, offices, factories, commercial facilities, lodging facilities; excludes detached homes).

## Incidental Services
Operational management cloud, 365-day customer support, and traffic attraction support (for destination charging facilities only).

## Revenue Sharing
90% of charging revenue is returned to the facility owner (distributed quarterly).

## Optional Services (Fees Apply)
Maintenance and warranties, 4G communications, subsidy application support, and EMS (Energy Management Systems).

* Construction can be performed by the Eneliver Group, but it is not a mandatory condition.
