In June 2025, the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare mandated workplace heatstroke countermeasures with penalties. Ensuring the safety of employees exposed to heat in the field, such as drivers and workers, and establishing legal frameworks are considered top priorities in industries facing labor shortages. In response to this situation, enstem will be delivering a keynote speech at this webinar.
