Background of Management Structure Change
With the mission of "Creating the norm in uncharted territories," since its establishment in 2018, the Company has consistently promoted the research and development and social implementation of cutting-edge technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs).
Currently, we have established three pillars: "Research and Development," "Solutions," and "Products," and have a system in place to provide broad value to society. Moving forward, to meet the growing expectations from society and to powerfully drive business expansion and rapid organizational growth, it has become indispensable to build a solid management foundation.
Against this background, we have appointed executive officers for each division: "Management Planning," "Solutions Business," "Product Business," and "Research and Development," and are transitioning to a new structure. This will accelerate decision-making in each activity and achieve further leaps and growth.

Executive Officer Naoya Soneoka
Graduated from the School of Life Science and Technology, Tokyo Institute of Technology, and obtained a Master's degree from the Graduate School of Science, The University of Tokyo. Joined NTT Data in April 2012. Responsible for project management of infrastructure development in large-scale payment system development for government-affiliated financial institutions. Engaged in planning and sales of DX solutions such as AI and blockchain at the time. Joined Boston Consulting Group in April 2019. Responsible for the financial industry, TMT industry (Telecom, Media, Technology), and public sector. Led multiple projects as a project leader, including strategy formulation, new business creation, and organizational transformation. Joined ELYZA Co., Ltd. in October 2024. From the perspective of management planning, responsible for promoting large-scale alliance projects and formulating company-wide strategies and business support.
Since participating in the KDDI Group in 2024, we have been working on creating and providing new services utilizing LLMs in collaboration with major partner companies. The LLM market is changing significantly every few months, and diverse new business opportunities are emerging, such as Vertical AI agents and Physical AI. From the perspective of management planning, which also plays a role in alliances and new business creation, we will continue to advance the necessary activities with our partner companies to provide new experiences to society without missing these business opportunities.
Executive Officer Daiki Matsuura
After graduating from the Faculty of Engineering, The University of Tokyo, obtained a Master's degree from the Graduate School of Engineering, The University of Tokyo. Joined Mitsubishi Research Institute, Inc. as a new graduate in 2015, and as a policy researcher, promoted new client acquisition, research, policy proposals, and consulting for major government agencies such as the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, the Cabinet Office, the Ministry of Defense, and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. Joined ELYZA Co., Ltd. in 2020 as the first business-side employee, and as a project manager, primarily promoted new client acquisition. From April 2025, as the manager of the Solutions Business Division, engaged in business operations and collaboration with KDDI.
Since joining in 2020, under the mission of "Creating the norm in uncharted territories," we have been at the forefront of social implementation of LLMs. LLMs are not just technologies that replace human tasks. LLMs are technologies that expand human potential and, in turn, significantly transform businesses and organizations. Moving forward, in my position responsible for ELYZA's solutions business, I will challenge to expand the scope and scale of value provision by maximizing the combination of ELYZA's technology, KDDI Group's assets, etc., and to transform customers' businesses and organizations, and ultimately society as a whole.
Executive Officer Kuniyuki Kikuchi
Joined Net Protections, Inc. as a new graduate in 2016. From the first year, responsible for sales at the new launch of the B2C payment service "atone." From fiscal year 2020, as the business manager of the same business, managed an organization of approximately 100 people, consistently promoting everything from business strategy formulation to organizational management. Joined ELYZA Co., Ltd. in November 2024. Responsible for business planning and sales promotion, including products for contact centers and "ELYZA Works." From June 2025, Product
