Our corporation endorses April Dream, which seeks to make April 1st a day for sharing dreams. This press release is the dream of the 'Japan Association of Health Managers'.

The Japan Association of Health Managers (Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture https://www.eiseinetwork.com/) is a corporation that works in cooperation with companies to provide thorough support regarding chemical substance management, stress, and mental health, which accompany the changes in society and work styles.

A Health Manager?

A health manager is a specialist who protects the health and safety of employees.

A health manager is a nationally certified professional appointed under the Industrial Safety and Health Act to prevent health problems for workers at business sites and to maintain a hygienic work environment.

In modern corporate management, the physical and mental health of employees is one of the important pillars.

The health manager is the 'workplace environment management supervisor' who plays a central role in this.

However, the current situation is that the support system for health managers is not well-established.

There are a mountain of issues, such as no opportunities to update knowledge, not knowing where to consult for practical matters instead of legal theory, and no place for exchange and opinion sharing with people in the same position.

Therefore, we, the Japan Association of Health Managers, are active as Japan's first and only academic society for health managers.

We provide daily learning and support among a diverse range of occupational health staff, including health managers, HR and labor personnel, industrial physicians, occupational health nurses, psychologists, and social insurance and labor consultants.
