Considering this situation, Eigyo Hack sets its consecutive holidays during periods where "results are clearly not achieved," based on data.

②Enriching the Work Environment to Improve Work-Life Balance

Eigyo Hack has been strengthening its recruitment efforts, and thankfully, the number of members has been increasing.
