Purpose of the Training

Sales Hack provides sales support to various companies and continues its activities with the mission of "reducing sales worries to zero." Sales is a profession that often elicits comments like "it's tough" or "I don't want to do it." However, it remains an indispensable job for a company to grow.

Therefore, to provide the results our clients desire and to solve the sales worries of many people, Sales Hack is constantly brushing up on internal sales know-how. This is because we believe that repeating trial and error internally and accumulating data and know-how is essential to being useful to our clients.

Furthermore, as a future mission, Sales Hack advocates for the "freeing of sales education." We want to provide a place where everyone can learn equally about sales, which is essential in business, and we are working towards an ideal sales education while transforming our internal structure towards that goal.

Scene of the Day: Simple Minutes

In this study session, which marks the beginning of FY2026, we delved into the "process of transformation" to connect the review of March to concrete actions in April. We shared thinking methods and practical knowledge to update our current status and bring us closer to our ideal selves and organization.

■ Designing "Process" and "Options" to Create Change

When wanting to change something, it is essential not to stop at mere "goal setting" but to meticulously design the process leading to the result.

- Flow of Transformation: Just like going on a diet, set a goal, decide what to do, execute, and verify the results. By being conscious of this flow, we aim for a steady update from ourselves in March.

- Do not be satisfied with just "one": When deciding what to do, do not be satisfied with just one idea that pops into your head, like "changing your diet," but examine multiple options and choose the best one, which is key to increasing the probability of success.

■ Improving the Quality of Requests and Feedback from the "Recipient's Perspective"

To maximize the organization's output, we redefined how to communicate information and make requests.

- Verbalizing and sharing procedures: When making a request, do not be vague about the goals and procedures; present the concrete procedures and conditions of when you actually tried it yourself. Thinking about "how to make it easier for the other person to do" is the basis of professional work.

- Definition of a perfect state: When some work is completed, be sure to confirm it, and improve the accuracy of feedback by communicating the standard of "it's perfect if it looks like this here."

■ Efficiency through Verbalization and Strategic Use of AI

We discussed creating a system to prevent dependency on individual skills and always maintain high performance.

- Making skills an asset through manualization: By verbalizing through manual creation instead of just doing daily tasks, you deepen your own understanding and contribute to the early integration of new members.

- Do not leave "I don't know" unresolved: Confirm thoroughly to eliminate things you don't understand. Also, from the perspective of making technology an ally, it's important to consider the allocation of tasks that can be left to AI and maximize the efficiency of parallel work.
