2ndfocus [Second Focus] (operated by E&I Creation Inc.) will release the SG-image AF interchangeable lens "SG-image AF 25mm F1.8" for Micro Four Thirds on July 10, 2026 (Fri.), in addition to the currently available Sony E, Fujifilm X, and Nikon Z mounts. Pre-orders will begin exclusively on the 2ndfocus online store starting July 3, 2026 (Fri.).

Product Overview The "SG-image AF 25mm F1.8" Micro Four Thirds model is a large-aperture prime lens with a natural standard angle of view, close to human vision, equivalent to approximately 50mm on a 35mm full-frame sensor. It boasts an incredibly thin and lightweight design, weighing only about 130g and measuring approximately 31mm in length, allowing for comfortable carrying while attached to the camera. The bright F1.8 aperture and the 9-blade circular diaphragm create soft, natural bokeh, beautifully highlighting subjects in portraits, table photography, and everyday street snaps. The exterior features a durable metal barrel that balances texture and durability, and a dedicated metal lens hood is included as standard.
