Antenor, a patisserie born in Kobe, will launch the "Uji Matcha Cake" made with matcha created in collaboration with Kyoto's long-established tea merchant "Kitagawa Hanbee Shoten" on their online shop starting Thursday, April 2nd.

The original matcha, "Kyo no Uguisu (Bush Warbler of Kyoto)," was created by the tea masters of "Kitagawa Hanbee Shoten" and Antenor's patissiers. Its rich aroma is combined with the deep sweetness of Wasanbon sugar, and baked with Hokkaido-grown azuki beans as an accent. Furthermore, it is a flavorful item with a smooth melting white chocolate ganache cream piped and coated with matcha chocolate. Please fully enjoy the exquisite combination of the slightly bitter and deep matcha flavor and the milky richness of the ganache cream.
