By using fresh lemons, we've created a lemon cake with a refreshing aroma and gentle sweetness. The rich batter, made with fresh butter, is baked with the juice and zest of Okinawa-grown Hirami lemons. It's finished with a crisp glaze containing fresh lemon juice and zest, giving it a refreshing fragrance. These fresh lemon cakes are finished daily in our in-store kitchens, baked until crisp and fragrant on the outside, and delivered freshly made with their crunchy glaze.
