(Headquarters: Edogawa-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Kenichi Igawa; hereinafter "Nakano Shokai") are pleased to announce the completion of a jointly developed Build-to-Suit (BTS) logistics facility (hereinafter "the Facility") on March 31, 2026. The Facility is a next-generation logistics hub that integrates ecoPropreties' expertise in logistics real estate development with Nakano Shokai's warehouse operation know-how. For the completion of the Facility, Nakano Shokai invested in a special purpose company and provided warehouse design know-how, while ecoPropreties was entrusted with asset management services by the special purpose company.

Kyushu Sanko Unyu Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kumamoto City, Kumamoto Prefecture; Representative Director: Junichi Miyahara; hereinafter "Kyushu Sanko Unyu"), a KONOIKE Group company with a logistics network across the entire Kyushu region based in Kumamoto Prefecture, will occupy the Facility as a tenant and utilize it as a crucial hub for its logistics network. Kyushu Sanko Unyu Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kumamoto City, Kumamoto Prefecture; Representative Director: Junichi Miyahara; hereinafter "Kyushu Sanko Unyu"), a KONOIKE Group company with a logistics network across the entire Kyushu region based in Kumamoto Prefecture, will occupy the Facility as a tenant and utilize it as a crucial hub for its logistics network.

1. About the Facility

The Facility is a logistics facility suitable for wide-area distribution in the Kyushu area, located near the "Tosu Junction" where the Kyushu Expressway, Nagasaki Expressway, and Oita Expressway intersect. In addition to regular dry warehouses, it features temperature-controlled/refrigerated warehouses and hazardous materials warehouses. Truck berths are located on the 1st and 2nd floors, allowing for the arrival and departure of over 40 large vehicles in total. Furthermore, it is equipped with specifications that maximize tenant needs unique to a BTS type, such as emergency generators for emergencies and a private fueling station.

2. About Kyushu Sanko Unyu

Kyushu Sanko Unyu is a key group company of Konoike Transport Co., Ltd. (KONOIKE Group) and a comprehensive logistics company headquartered in Kumamoto Prefecture. Leveraging its robust self-delivery network covering the entire Kyushu region, cultivated since its establishment in 1978, and utilizing the group's knowledge, it offers a wide range of services including pharmaceuticals, precision equipment, and produce transportation. In recent years, it has also expanded its 3PL business, providing high-quality, community-based logistics services.

ecoPropreties and Nakano Shokai will continue to contribute to promoting logistics efficiency and building sustainable supply chains throughout Japan, and ultimately to the development of regional economies.

ecoPropreties is a real estate company that specializes in asset management for social infrastructure such as logistics real estate, data centers, and grid-scale storage batteries.
