Completion of BTS-type Logistics Facility Jointly Developed by eco properties and Nakano Shokai in Tosu City, Saga Prefecture

(Headquarters: Edogawa-ku, Tokyo, President: Kenichi Igawa, hereinafter referred to as 'Nakano Shokai') are pleased to announce that the BTS (Build-to-Suit) type logistics facility (hereinafter referred to as 'this facility') jointly developed by them was completed on March 31, 2026. This facility is a next-generation logistics hub that combines eco properties' expertise in logistics real estate development with Nakano Shokai's warehouse operation know-how. For the completion of this facility, Nakano Shokai invested in a special purpose company and provided warehouse design expertise, while eco properties was entrusted with asset management services from the special purpose company. Kyushu Sanko Transport Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minami-ku, Kumamoto City, Kumamoto Prefecture, Representative Director: Junichi Miyahara, hereinafter referred to as 'Kyushu Sanko Transport'), part of the KONOIKE Group, which has a logistics network throughout Kyushu based in Kumamoto Prefecture, will be the tenant of this facility and will utilize it as an important base for its logistics network. 1. About This Facility Located near the 'Tosu Junction,' where the Kyushu, Nagasaki, and Oita Expressways intersect, this facility is suitable for wide-area distribution in the Kyushu region. In addition to standard dry warehouses, it includes temperature-controlled/refrigerated warehouses and hazardous materials warehouses. Truck berths are available on both the 1st and 2nd floors, accommodating the arrival and departure of over 40 large vehicles in total. Furthermore, features such as an emergency power generator and a private refueling station have been installed, reflecting the tenant's needs to the maximum extent possible, as is characteristic of BTS-type facilities. 2.
