This manga award welcomes new participants, regardless of past application or award history.

One work can be entered into up to three categories.
Original Category
Grand Prize: 2 million yen, Serialization Guaranteed Excellence Award: 100,000 yen
Encouragement Award: 50,000 yen
Rookie Award: 30,000 yen
Comic Adaptation Category
Grand Prize: 1 million yen, Serialization Guaranteed Excellence Award: 100,000 yen
Encouragement Award: 50,000 yen
Manuscript Category
Grand Prize: 1 million yen, Serialization Guaranteed
Excellence Award: 100,000 yen Encouragement Award: 50,000 yen
Rookie Award: 30,000 yen
Awards Common to All Three Categories
Editor-in-Chief Award: 50,000 yen
Sales Department Award: 30,000 yen Anticipation Award: No prize money, Assigned editor
