This plan is a performance-linked model that allows retail stores to install the shoplifting prevention system 'AI Guardman® the server' with no upfront costs. Stores operate the system in their actual retail space for approximately 6 months, aiming for their next inventory turnover, and verify the effect by comparing it with loss figures from the same period the previous year.

Only when a certain level of loss reduction is confirmed, the client will pay for the implementation and operational costs—including AIBOX equipment and configuration fees—plus a success fee equivalent to 50% of the reduced amount in the 7th month.

Conversely, if a certain level of loss reduction is not achieved, the store will not transition to full-scale operation, and no implementation costs or success fees will be charged. In this case, service provision will generally be terminated.

This allows stores to verify the effectiveness of AI shoplifting prevention in their actual locations without bearing significant upfront costs. By confirming actual reduction effects before committing to full-scale introduction, stores can consider adoption based on a 'peace of mind first, pay later' approach.
