● The "Hand-shaping" technique by skilled artisans
The greatest feature of "Hamocho Large Plate" lies in the "hand-shaping" process, where artisans meticulously apply surimi (fish paste) to the board one by one by hand. This delicate force, which cannot be replicated by machines, achieves a unique texture that is both supple and elastic. The artisan's skill, passed down for 110 years since the company's founding in 1916 (Taisho 5), is condensed into each piece.

● Exquisite seasoning that brings out the natural flavor of the ingredients
"Hamocho" pursues the ultimate balance of salt and seasonings to maximize the natural flavor of the ingredients. Without relying on excessive flavoring, it features a powerful yet elegant taste where the umami of the fish spreads firmly with every bite. By enjoying it as is, you can fully savor the original deliciousness of kamaboko.
