This second edition welcomes Mr. Toshiyasu Saito from Iwai Dairy Co., Ltd. as instructor, continuing from the previous event. Using the rich 'Iwai Premium Cream Yogurt Gourmet Fan,' participants will learn how to prepare trendy 'strained yogurt' and enjoy easy, delicious variations.
The event features a hands-on experience of topping strained yogurt with Kyoto’s unique seasonings and the summer-limited 'All-Japanese Miyazaki Mango Jam.'
