Kinokuniya will sell the summer-limited product 'Anmitsu Pudding' at Kinokuniya stores (excluding some stores) from Monday, June 1 to the end of August. It is a cool, refreshing Japanese sweet made by layering smooth 'bean pudding' using Hokkaido red bean paste with gyuhi, amanatsu (summer orange), and agar, styled like anmitsu. The agar uses domestic ten-gusa (seaweed), achieving a moderate elasticity and juicy texture. The price is 486 yen (tax included). As this is a limited-quantity product, it will end as soon as stock runs out.
