Sapporo's 'Eight Curry' Celebrates 10th Anniversary with a 500-Yen Signature Curry Event

About Eight Curry: A curry shop with 'four faces' offering distinct bases including European-style, Spice, Waterless, and Soup curry. Founded in 2016, it has become a staple in Sapporo. To celebrate its 10th anniversary on April 9th, the shop will offer its signature 'Hand-made Hamburg Curry' for just 500 yen (limited to 300 servings). Additionally, from April 13th, the top three fan-voted limited-edition curries—'Lamb Spice Curry,' 'Saag Chicken Curry,' and 'Mackerel Keema Curry'—will be revived over three weeks. Owner Fumihiro Ito aims to create a '100-year local culture' by focusing on unique, high-quality dishes that cannot be replicated at home.
