(Representative Director: Kazuhiro Honda; Headquarters: Nishi-ku, Nagoya City) and e-smile Co., Ltd. (Representative Director: Yasuhito Noguchi; Headquarters: Obu City, Aichi Prefecture), have integrated their businesses and will change their name to Kaigo no E-Group Co., Ltd. (Representative Director: Kazuhiro Honda; Headquarters: Nishi-ku, Nagoya City).

This organizational restructuring is a new start to advance the business plan we have built up so far and move to the next stage of growth.

Purpose of Integration
