eGrid and Seino Last One Mile Establish Joint Venture 'LogRise Co., Ltd.'

eGrid Inc. (Headquarters: Shimane Prefecture, CEO: Atsuhiro Komura, hereinafter 'eGrid') and Seino Last One Mile Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Tokyo, President: Shuji Kawai, hereinafter 'Seino Last One Mile') announce the establishment of 'LogRise Co., Ltd.,' a joint venture aimed at promoting DX in the last-mile domain, which commenced business on April 1, 2026.

■ Background and Purpose of the Joint Venture Establishment

(1) Building a digital foundation to promote last-mile DX
(2) Improving on-site productivity through driver-centric operational design
(3) Providing an integrated delivery management platform usable across the industry

While demand for home delivery is increasing with the expansion of the e-commerce market, the logistics industry faces deepening issues such as driver shortages, the normalization of multi-layered subcontracting structures, and operational inefficiencies. In addition, existing DX solutions are biased towards the perspectives of shippers and prime contractors, and optimization that aligns with the actual work of drivers on the ground has not progressed. To solve these issues, it is essential to build a digital foundation that transforms the structure of the entire industry, rather than individual company efforts. LogRise aims to build a core digital foundation to promote last-mile DX, contributing to the realization of industry-wide productivity improvement and sustainability.

■ About the Service

As its initial product, LogRise will develop and provide 'HaiMate,' a cloud-based delivery management service for the last mile. Based on the concept of 'Making AI a driver's colleague,' HaiMate is a delivery management service designed around the driver. It integrally manages diverse tasks such as package delivery, direct mail, and fresh food delivery, with AI providing real-time operational support and automation.

The main features are as follows:

・UI/UX that integrates multiple delivery tasks

・Operational support and decision-making assistance by AI

・Operability designed from the driver's perspective

This service is scheduled to be offered to delivery companies and shippers, with a planned launch and feature expansion in December 2026.

HaiMate will undergo improvements based on actual operations while being先行 introduced and demonstrated within the Seino Last One Mile group. Subsequently, we aim to establish it as a digital foundation in the last-mile domain by expanding its deployment throughout the industry.
