BCC Inc. has released a case study detailing its support for the implementation of Care DX at the 'Excelsior Hadano' private nursing home. This initiative, leveraging government subsidies, involved installing monitoring devices and care ICT equipment. BCC's comprehensive support aimed to create a 'usable Care DX' by not only providing the technology but also handling network infrastructure, staff training, and ensuring operational integration. The facility director praised BCC for their thorough support with the subsidy application and for post-installation coaching, which deepened staff understanding and helped 'visualize' residents' conditions. This project was a collaborative effort involving BCC, NTT East, Elecom, and Robotasnet.
