DynaMeet Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo) announced today that it has obtained certification for the international standard for information security management systems (ISMS), "ISO/IEC 27001:2022," and the international standard for cloud service security, "ISO/IEC 27017:2015," effective June 15, 2026.

Background of Certification Acquisition

The AI SDR platform "Meeton ai," provided by our company, is a service where AI makes optimal approaches to each website visitor as a prospective customer, transforming leads into business negotiations. Due to its nature, we handle important information, including corporate and personal data, in the cloud.

In recent years, information security management systems have become increasingly important in the adoption of BtoB SaaS. Especially for enterprise companies, the presence or absence of ISMS certification is increasingly becoming a prerequisite for adoption consideration. To ensure our customers can use our services with greater peace of mind, we have pursued third-party certification for information security.

Furthermore, considering the nature of our service as a cloud-based offering, we have obtained certification not only for fundamental information security (ISO/IEC 27001) but also for "ISO/IEC 27017," which defines management measures specific to cloud services. This means that, in addition to data encryption and access control, our management system for risks unique to the cloud environment has been objectively evaluated and certified from a third-party perspective.

Acquisition of Certification in Approximately 3 Months

Shortly after our founding, while continuously developing the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) of our product, we achieved this certification in a short period of approximately three months.

The reason we were able to achieve certification in a short period with a small team, without slowing down product development, is the utilization of generative AI. We have used generative AI not merely as a tool for task automation, but as a "partner for accelerating learning and understanding" to deeply comprehend the requirements of ISO standards and translate them into a management system tailored to our business characteristics and organizational culture, which we then applied in the audit process.

We will continue to work on strengthening our information security management system through the maintenance and improvement of the certifications we have obtained.
