Dynam Inc. Welcomes Over 100 New Employees Who Will Carry the Future

Dynam Inc. (Headquarters: Nishi-Nippori, Arakawa-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Akira Hosaka) held its entrance ceremony on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at Nippori Sunny Hall (Arakawa-ku, Tokyo). This year, we welcomed 119 new employees, exceeding 100 for the first time in 10 years, and will accelerate corporate growth with our new colleagues. The new employees are scheduled to be assigned to their respective stores after completing a 5-night, 6-day introductory training program.

Congratulations on joining the company, new employees. I sincerely welcome you on behalf of the company. I am very pleased to welcome 119 new colleagues today. The environment surrounding the pachinko industry is currently undergoing significant changes, requiring us to adapt to a new era, such as the increasing scale of stores and changes in the market environment. Dynam is also approaching its 60th anniversary, and we are at a critical juncture where we must re-examine the form and value of a company suitable for the coming era and pursue new challenges. In addition to our core pachinko business, we will aim for corporate growth and increased enterprise value by also venturing into new fields. What we expect from you is to demonstrate self-leadership, proactively identify issues, think deeply, and act independently, rather than just waiting for instructions. Having clear goals and diligently approaching daily work will lead to the growth of each of you, and the accumulation of this will support the company's growth.
