DYNAC INC. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Takeshi Akiyama) will open its second "Shonan no Sakana to Wine no Mise Hiratsuka," a bar themed around Shonan's fresh fish and wine, at a location a 1-minute walk from the Gotanda Station ticket gate.

With the concept of "Enjoying wine casually with creative Japanese dishes featuring fresh Shonan fish as appetizers," the establishment targets a wide age range from 20s to 50s and caters to various occasions, from company drinking parties and dates to small banquets.

About "Shonan no Sakana to Wine no Mise Hiratsuka"

"Shonan no Sakana to Wine no Mise Hiratsuka" is an izakaya where you can enjoy creative Japanese cuisine made with seasonal fresh fish and ingredients from Shonan and various parts of Japan, along with reasonably priced wines. Leveraging the chef's skills and sensibility, you can enjoy combinations of dishes and wines that are borderlessly arranged based on Japanese cuisine.

FOOD features a lineup of menus focused on "seafood" from sashimi and appetizers to warm dishes and finishing touches. Appetizers that make you want to drink wine include "Seared Mackerel and Cream Cheese Potato Salad," "Mushroom, Roast Beef, and Manchego Cheese Salad," "Beef Tendon Stewed in Red Wine," and "Crab Creamy Croquette Tomato Gratin." We also recommend "Dashimaki Tamago with Aosa and Shonan Shirasu Cream" and "Rich Shrimp Broth Tsukemen" to finish. You can fully enjoy wine and seafood from sashimi to the final dish.

DRINK offers around 10 types of glass wines daily from France, Italy, and the New World, with casual pricing starting from 590 yen. Special discounted wines are particularly recommended. The lineup is enjoyable for both wine lovers and those who want to learn about wine, including "Grape-Scented Sour," which we want even wine beginners to try, "Hiratsuka Sour" that utilizes the unique acidity of Shonan Gold, and "Seasonal Mizzore Sangria" served frozen with seasonal fruits.

DYNAC INC. will continue to contribute to the development of food culture and the creation of a prosperous society by providing enjoyable spaces and safe, high-quality products and services, and realizing rich and enjoyable communication through "food."

A Glimpse at FOOD & DRINK

"Today's Good Catch: 5 Kinds of Fresh Fish Platter" allows you to enjoy seasonal fresh fish from Shonan and various parts of Japan with soy sauce and wasabi, as well as sometimes with condiments that go well with wine, such as black olives and miso, or capers and cumin. The "Assorted 5 Kinds of Obanzai" is also recommended for enjoying various seasonal home-style dishes in small portions. We have added a twist to classic dishes, leveraging the chef's sense. It is also recommended for female customers who want to eat delicious food little by little. From "Beef Tendon Stewed in Red Wine," which pairs exceptionally well with garlic toast, to "Dashimaki Tamago with Aosa and Shonan Shirasu Cream" generously topped with Shonan shirasu, and finishing with "Rich Shrimp Broth Tsukemen," the menu lineup ensures you won't be able to put down your wine from start to finish.

DRINK offers not only wine but also standard bar drinks, so both wine lovers and wine entry-level users can enjoy themselves.
