Mitsui Fudosan Residential's First All-Facial Recognition Condominium® 'Park Homes Funabashi' to Implement Facial Recognition ID Platform 'FreeiD'

DXYZ Inc. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Satoshi Nakanishi; hereinafter referred to as 'DXYZ') is pleased to announce that the 'Park Homes Funabashi' (hereinafter referred to as 'this property'), developed by Mitsui Fudosan Residential Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Toru Kamimura; hereinafter referred to as 'Mitsui Fudosan Residential'), will be equipped with DXYZ's proprietary facial recognition ID platform, 'FreeiD'.

This property will be the first condominium developed by Mitsui Fudosan Residential to adopt 'FreeiD,' and will be an 'All-Room All-Facial Recognition Condominium®' with 'FreeiD' implemented in all private units. Furthermore, the smart home service 'eLife' provided by Link Japan Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Shinichi Kawachiyasu) is installed in each unit. Through the integrated smart home app 'HomeLink,' residents can control home appliances such as air conditioners and lighting remotely, and link with home equipment like remotely filling bathtubs with hot water. This enables a next-generation smart home experience that enhances convenience and comfort, catering to diverse lifestyles. Notably, this is the first time Mitsui Fudosan Residential is adopting 'eLife' and 'FreeiD' together. The property is scheduled for completion in late January 2028, with move-ins expected in late May 2028.

For this project, DXYZ is implementing the 'FreeiD' facial recognition ID platform not only at the property's entrance, mail and delivery boxes, elevators, and garbage disposal areas, but also at the entrance of each private unit. This cutting-edge facial recognition technology prevents fraud such as impersonation, providing residents with a high level of safety and peace of mind.

About the Facial Recognition ID Platform 'FreeiD'

'FreeiD' is a facial recognition ID platform that connects living, working, and playing solely through your face. By integrating all IDs, such as wallets and identification cards, with your face, and enabling entry/exit, payment, and identity verification with a single facial registration, it realizes the concept of 'Connecting the world with just your face.®' without the need to carry keys or wallets.

It can link with a wide variety of facial recognition AIs, allowing for the provision of optimal facial recognition AI for each usage scenario.

The 'FreeiD Mansion' solution, offered for multi-unit residential buildings, is realizing 'Living with just your face.' It is the first in Japan to offer 'All-Facial Recognition Condominiums®' where keys are completely unnecessary, from shared areas like entrances and elevators to individual private units (as of the end of March 2026, 376 buildings incorporating FreeiD have been completed).

In addition to condominiums, facial recognition services are deployed in offices, childcare facilities, golf courses, theme parks, etc. Particularly in office services, to realize 'Working with just your face,' facial recognition is used for employee entry/exit and visitor reception, enabling office operations without employee ID cards. Furthermore, demonstration projects for facial recognition payment 'FreeiD Pay'※1 and My Number Card integration services※2 are underway.
