DXHUB Inc. Changes Company Name to "CoeNova Inc."

DXHUB Inc. (Headquarters: Chodoji, Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture; Representative Director: Kenji Sawada) changed its company name to "CoeNova Inc." (hereinafter referred to as CoeNova) effective July 1, 2026.

In conjunction with the company name change, we have completely renewed our corporate website and will further accelerate the creation of services that solve social issues under our new corporate brand.

CoeNova's Journey

CoeNova's challenge began with the founding of Image Works Inc. in Kyoto in 2004. Starting with a business to support sales of broadband lines, we have been supporting the DX promotion of companies as a sales partner for Sansan Inc. since 2012.

In 2015, we established JP Mobile Inc. and entered the telecommunications business. We launched the communication service "Baidu SIM" for inbound tourists, followed by the communication service "Minpaku Wi-Fi" for private lodging hosts in 2016, and the communication service "JP SMART SIM" for foreign residents in 2017.

In 2020, Image Works and JP Mobile merged their operations and changed their company name to "DXHUB Inc." We have been working to create new value by integrating DX support and the telecommunications business.

Furthermore, as services to support foreigners working and living in Japan, we expanded our services by acquiring the foreign employment management system "VisaMane" in 2024 and the Japanese language education system "BondLingo" in 2025.

Background of the Name Change to CoeNova

DXHUB, the predecessor of CoeNova, had the desire to "become a HUB connecting the latest digital technology with people and companies to create a better future" embedded in its company name. As we developed our business, received support from many people, and our services truly became a HUB, we reconsidered our origins.

We then redefined together what has been and should be the foundation of our business from the founding of Image Works and JP Mobile to the present and future, and decided to change our company name with a view to a better future. That is CoeNova.

The Meaning Behind CoeNova

The new company name CoeNova is a combination of "Coe" (voice) and "Nova" (new star).

We believe that individual small voices and challenges that have not yet been put into words hold the potential to create new value. Starting from those voices, we find the essence of the problem, create new systems and services with the power of technology and people, and deliver them to society. We hope that each of these challenges will become a new light that illuminates society. That is the meaning we have put into CoeNova.

The challenges we truly need to face are not always expressed in clear words. CoeNova carefully picks up small discrepancies in the field and voices that have not yet been put into words, and connects them to changes that improve society.

Change does not happen just by finding a problem. CoeNova identifies the essence behind it, shapes it into a system that everyone can use, and ensures it is used in daily life and its value is delivered. Our role at CoeNova is not to stop at creation, but to deliver it to a state where people and organizations can actually move forward.
