AXR Inc. (formerly DXHR Inc.), headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo, and led by CEO Kazunari Maeda, has changed its company name to "AXR Inc. (A-X-R)" effective June 15, 2026.

This change reflects the reality that many Japanese companies have adopted AI but have yet to truly utilize it effectively.

Until now, we have supported digital transformation in Japanese enterprises through digital talent development.

From now on, we will evolve into a business that combines AI, people, and on-site operations to fully realize transformative outcomes at the frontline.

We are entering our next growth phase as an "Extremer Collective"—a group that drives transformation together with our clients, where AI and humans integrate to deliver results on the ground.

Background of the Name Change

Through our journey as "DXHR," we reached a fundamental conviction:

AI adoption is not the goal—true value is only realized when results are achieved on the ground. Even with consulting, internal capabilities aren't strengthened; standard training doesn't change operations; and simply introducing tools doesn't yield results.

"AXR" embodies our commitment to take that final, crucial step—together with our clients—right at the frontline.

From DXHR to AXR. We are redefining our mission from DX (Digital Transformation) to AX (AI Transformation), and we've removed the "H." This does not mean we are abandoning human-centric values. Rather, it reflects our sharpest possible definition of the role humans must play in the AI era.
