DXHR Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Kazunari Maeda) is pleased to announce the launch of the 'AI-Driven Development Training (Claude Code Version)' targeted at engineers and companies involved in system development.
This training is a practical hands-on program where participants navigate the entire development process—from requirement definition to testing—alongside AI. Through a 12-hour curriculum, participants can systematically master a new development flow where 'humans handle design judgment and quality review, while AI performs the actual work.'
■ Background and Purpose
In recent years, the rapid advancement of generative AI technology has led to the increasing adoption of AI tools in system development. However, in many cases, its use is limited to partial coding assistance, and it has not reached integrated utilization across all stages from requirement definition to testing. Furthermore, new challenges have emerged, such as systems becoming 'black boxes' due to excessive dependence on AI and the difficulty of ensuring quality.
Against this background, DXHR believes it is essential to master a development methodology that clearly defines the roles of 'tasks delegated to AI' and 'judgments/reviews handled by humans.' Therefore, under the supervision of a CTO who has practiced AI-driven development in actual product development, we have developed practical training to solve the challenges engineers face in the field.
Rather than just explaining tool operations, we support the construction of safe and high-efficiency development organizations by fostering the perspective of critical quality reviews by humans. We aim to improve productivity at development sites, raise the overall AI literacy of engineers, and contribute to the cultivation of talent who will lead next-generation development.
■ Service Overview
This training is a practical program to experience a series of AI-driven developments—from requirement definition to design, implementation, and test completion—in a 12-hour hands-on format.
Feature 1 | Curriculum Supervised by CTO and Directly Linked to Practice
Designed by a CTO and an experienced engineering team who have implemented AI-driven development in real products. It includes truly necessary practical know-how such as 'judgments that must not be left to AI' and 'review perspectives that humans must always confirm.'
Feature 2 | Full-Process Hands-on, 'Ready to Use Tomorrow'
Practice involves developing a web application from scratch. You can consistently experience everything from requirement definition (structuring requests using generative AI) to design document creation, DB design, backend/frontend implementation, and test execution by sub-agents.
Feature 3 | Adoption of Claude Code, Systematic Design Learning from First Principles
Claude Code, widely adopted as an AI agent for development, is used as the teaching material. Since you will also systematically learn basic knowledge such as basic LLM concepts, differences between coding-specific AI and general-purpose LLMs, and appropriate control methods, you will acquire the ability to adapt even when new tools appear. A curriculum for the CodexCLI version is also currently under development and scheduled for release soon.
■ Target Audience
This training is ideal for companies and engineering organizations with the following challenges or goals:
- Companies that want to introduce generative AI into system development but have not defined specific utilization methods or development flows.
- Development teams that have AI writing code but are concerned about quality control or black-boxing.
- Companies that want to cultivate next-generation engineers who can integrally master AI across all stages from requirements to testing.
- SIers or in-house development companies that want to refresh existing development processes and simultaneously raise development speed and quality.
It is designed to contribute to raising the organizational strength of all types of companies, including SIers, SES companies, and in-house product development companies, and modernizing development processes.
■ Future Outlook
DXHR will continuously update this training in line with the evolution of AI technology. As an immediate development, we are diligently creating a training curriculum utilizing 'CodexCLI,' scheduled for release in the near future.
Furthermore, we plan to expand customized training for enterprise companies with advanced requirements and specialized courses focused on specific technical areas.
By spreading the next-generation development standard—a high-level collaboration model where 'humans design and AI creates'—throughout the Japanese IT industry, we will strongly support the improvement of corporate competitiveness.
