In such homes, traditional underfloor work for termite control has become increasingly difficult, creating a demand for new construction methods that can accommodate diverse housing structures. Furthermore, underfloor work is a significant burden for workers. From the perspective of stabilizing construction quality and improving the working environment, we have been considering the introduction of a method that allows chemical spraying without crawling under floors. The 'Foam Application Method' being introduced this time solves these challenges, realizing a more efficient and worker-safe termite control and prevention method. By vigorously spraying chemical foam from a dedicated foaming machine to fill the entire underfloor area in a short time, it shortens working hours, suppresses the inflow of underfloor odors and dust into the room, and enables visualization of the chemical's reach. Terminix positions this 'Foam Application Method' as a new step and aims to achieve a service system where 'no-crawl construction' becomes the standard in the future.
