DUSKIN Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Suita City, Osaka; President: Hiroyuki Okubo) established a new human resources system, the "Partnership System," on April 1 (Wednesday), which applies the same welfare benefits as spouses to same-sex partners of employees, as part of its efforts to create an environment where each employee can exercise their abilities.

Background and Reason for Introduction At our company, we believe that employees with diverse careers and social backgrounds (gender, age, nationality, lifestyle, etc.) respecting each other and maximizing their individual abilities leads to the creation of new value and competitive advantage.

System Overview The "Partnership System" allows employees who submit a partnership declaration certificate issued by a local government to use various systems (※) in the same way as spouses.
