Duskin Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Suita, Osaka; President: Hiroyuki Okubo) will introduce a new personnel system called the 'Partnership System' on Wednesday, April 1, 2026. This system is designed to create an environment where each employee can fully demonstrate their abilities by extending the same welfare benefits to employees' same-sex partners as those provided to spouses.

We remain committed to building a workplace where every individual can work with peace of mind and reach their full potential.

Background and Reasons for Introduction

At Duskin, we believe that when employees with diverse careers and social backgrounds (such as gender, age, nationality, and lifestyle) respect one another and maximize their individual capabilities, it leads to the creation of new value and competitive advantages.

Based on this philosophy, we have positioned the promotion of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion as a key initiative and have been progressively improving our working environment.

In recent years, the definition of family and lifestyles have become more diverse, and there is a growing need to create an environment where employees can work while making choices that are true to themselves. In light of these social changes, we have decided to introduce the 'Partnership System' as part of our efforts to build a workplace where employees can work with peace of mind and fully utilize their skills.

The 'Partnership System' allows employees who submit a partnership certificate issued by a local government to utilize various company systems(*) in the same manner as they would for a spouse.

(*) Excluding cases where application is difficult due to laws or our internal personnel regulations.
