During the aforementioned period, our all-day dining restaurant 'Kati,' which has received two stars from 'Thai Select,' a certification from the Thai Ministry of Commerce recognizing it as an 'authentic Thai restaurant,' will offer a special lunch buffet featuring authentic Thai cuisine prepared by Thai chefs, as well as visually delightful Thai sweets such as durian cheesecake and Khanom Roomklue. At 'Kati,' an authentic Thai restaurant certified as 'Thai Select' by the Thai Ministry of Commerce, we will offer a limited-time lunch buffet for the Songkran Festival. The buffet will feature specialties such as 'Khao Soi,' a Thai-style curry noodle soup, and steamed sea bream finished with a Thai soy sauce, alongside a variety of dishes prepared by our Thai chefs. This year, we have also put special effort into the sweets to add to the festive splendor, offering authentic flavors unique to Kati, including tropical fruits like mangosteen and rambutan, traditional sweets such as durian bua loy and sago melon, and durian-flavored cream puffs and cheesecakes.
