Representative of Boundary Administrative Scrivener Office, specializing in drone-related permits, permit management, and legal consulting. Boasts top-class support achievements in Japan, expanding the scope of support to include flight permit applications, manufacturer support, establishment of registered training organizations, school operations, business consulting, and flying cars. Has handled over 150 drone show cases and over 35,000 drone permits overall.
As a participant in the Unmanned Aircraft Business Commercialization Advisory Board and a member of the Cabinet Office Regulatory Reform Promotion Council, he promotes the development of the drone industry. He also actively disseminates the latest legal rules on social media, such as YouTube's "Drone Education Channel" and official LINE, as part of his drone safety flight awareness activities.
In this seminar, he will explain laws useful in the field of drone shows, along with examples of large-scale projects in urban areas.

Since 2021, he has planned and operated some of the largest drone shows in Japan. Selected for "Forbes JAPAN 30 UNDER 30" in 2024.
