DREAMBEER Adds New Breweries and Five Craft Beer Selections

DREAMBEER Inc. The newly added breweries and beers include Augus Beer’s “Augus Pilsner,” brewed with subsoil water from the foothills of Mt. Fuji and inspired by the origins of pilsner beer born in 19th-century Pilsen, Czech Republic. It offers a crisp finish, deep richness, and fine yeast-derived foam. Sankt Gallen adds “Golden Ale,” a pale gold beer with white foam, delicate flavor, and aromas reminiscent of orange and muscat, as well as “Weizen,” a fruity, low-bitterness wheat beer made with more than 50% wheat malt, giving it a cloudy white appearance and a rich, smooth body. New selections from existing breweries include DD4D BREWING’s “Sun Chase,” a West Coast IPA using generous amounts of three Oceanian hop varieties: Motueka, Galaxy, and Nelson Sauvin. It features citrus and passion fruit aromas with peach and berry nuances, moderate sharpness, and bitterness. FUJI PREMIUM BREWING’s “FUJI PREMIUM HAZY SESSION ALE” is a low-alcohol, low-bitterness session ale made with plenty of oats for gentle sweetness and a smooth body, while dry hopping with Simcoe Cryo creates passion fruit and pineapple-like aromas.
