Exhibition Content <Introduction to Business Creation Firm dotD> We are a firm that continues to create new value by leveraging the synergy of skills, knowledge, and human resources across our two core pillars: in-house businesses and co-creation businesses. At this exhibition, we will introduce our unique business creation method, the 'MORPHY MODEL,' and our three focus business areas.

<Traceability-Related Business> As international regulations regarding corporate environmental impact, such as the EU Battery Regulation and REACH regulations, are tightened, manufacturing companies in particular face an urgent need to respond. To address these challenges, we will introduce two solutions: 'CFP Calculator' (a CFP calculation app compliant with the EU Battery Regulation, selected for GIO subsidy projects) and 'CMP Navigator' (a product chemical substance information management app, selected for NEDO subsidy projects). Both are part of the 'Uranus Ecosystem' initiative promoted by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, aiming not only to improve corporate operational efficiency and global regulatory compliance but also to contribute to the sustainability of the entire industry.

<Pet-Related Business> This is a pet platform centered on 'onedog,' an app for dog walking and healthcare management, which has expanded into e-commerce and co-creation businesses. We will present a case study of the 'au Wan-Nyan Support' service, which was launched vertically in a very short period through co-creation with KDDI, utilizing assets from onedog, which has approximately 10,000 monthly active users.

<HR-Related Business> This is an AI-powered HR strategy support service. It integrates and analyzes various internal HR data to automate tasks such as next-generation organizational design, succession planning, JD creation and candidate searching, and performance feedback support. We aim to support the decision-making of HRBPs and department heads to realize data-driven talent strategies.
