Dooox Inc. (Head office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Ryosuke Kubodera; hereinafter “the Company”), which operates the Tokumei Shacho-shitsu service to support corporate executives on “important but not urgent” management issues, will hold the third session of its free online webinar, “Catch Up on the Past Week of AI News in 60 Minutes: A Comprehensive Review Seminar on the Latest AI Information,” on Friday, June 12, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. via Zoom. The webinar is mainly intended for executives, directors, and DX leaders at small and medium-sized enterprises and mid-sized companies. This webinar was first held in May as part of the Company’s AI utilization support initiative, Tokumei AI-shitsu. Following strong participation and positive feedback from many executives, directors, and DX leaders at small and medium-sized enterprises and mid-sized companies, the Company decided to hold a third session after the second session on May 26. The webinar will select topics useful to small and medium-sized enterprises and mid-sized companies from the constantly updated news around generative AI. The Company will organize these topics from the practical perspective it has gained by supporting business owners through its Tokumei Shacho-shitsu® service and deliver the key points in 60 minutes. Background: AI is updated daily, and management teams cannot keep up with everything. Updates to major AI services such as Claude and ChatGPT, AI agents, and management approaches in the AI era are being reported almost every day. At the same time, for business owners at small and medium-sized enterprises and mid-sized companies who are busy with daily management operations, it is not easy to secure time to understand how these developments relate to their own operations and management. Since the start of 2026, consultations from management teams have increased sharply. Through Tokumei Shacho-shitsu®, Dooox supports executives at a wide range of small and medium-sized enterprises and mid-sized companies in execution. In the field, the Company has seen a rapid increase in AI-related consultations since 2026, including questions such as: “What can we do with AI now?”, “How should we apply generative AI to actual work and business operations?”, and “How should we decide our AI adoption policy?” If companies go six months or a year without following AI information, the sense they rely on as a basis for management decisions may become outdated. On the other hand, it is not realistic to follow all of the enormous volume of AI news released every week. To address this issue, the Company held its first and second webinars in May. Many executives, directors, and DX leaders from small and medium-sized enterprises and mid-sized companies participated, with feedback such as “It was helpful to organize a week’s worth of AI information all at once” and “The explanation from the perspective of SMEs and mid-sized company workplaces was valuable.” In the third session, the Company will again extract and organize key points from the past week of AI information that are relevant to management and operational improvement, based on insights gained from supporting small and medium-sized enterprises and mid-sized companies. Webinar overview: The title is “Catch Up on the Past Week of AI News in 60 Minutes: A Comprehensive Review Seminar on the Latest AI Information.” The event will be held on Friday, June 12, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The format is online via Zoom, and the viewing URL will be sent after registration. Participation is free, with a capacity of 100 people. The webinar is intended for executives, directors, and DX leaders at small and medium-sized enterprises and mid-sized companies, as well as anyone seeking decision-making material for AI utilization. The organizer is Dooox Inc. (Tokumei AI-shitsu). Registration URL: https://us06web.zoom.us/webi a / egiste /WN_z-f8g7eYRzS_ibmgokHyog. Because the webinar covers AI news from the most recent week as of the event date, the topics will differ from previous sessions. Those who attended earlier sessions are also welcome to continue participating. The program will include: this week’s AI headlines, based on the latest information as of the event date; what the latest tools mean for future ways of working and engaging with AI; examples of how small and medium-sized enterprises and mid-sized companies can use AI, including business use and the first steps toward developing internal business tools; and a Q&A session. Program content is subject to change without notice. About Dooox Inc.: Representative Director: Ryosuke Kubodera.
