At "Uneme no Sato," a special elderly home in Yokkaichi City, Mie Prefecture, the establishment of an early consultation system with specialists has prevented serious conditions, leading to a 22% reduction in hospitalization days for facility users compared to before implementation. Furthermore, the overtime hours for facility nurses have been reduced by approximately one-fourth, realizing a sustainable work style.

Additionally, "Ishikari Kiku no Sono," a special elderly home in Ishikari City, Hokkaido, faced a severe shortage of nurses. However, with the introduction of Doctor Mate's nighttime on-call agency services, the number of newly hired nursing staff has significantly improved. Not only did they escape the crisis of falling below the staffing standards, but the standardization of medical cooperation has also led to the stabilization of on-site operations and increased peace of mind for staff.

A service allowing care staff to easily consult with physicians via chat about medical questions. When a post is made through the dedicated app, physician advice is received within 24 hours. All staff can use it as many times as needed. Consultation content and responses are outputted as reports, contributing to smooth information sharing within the facility and enhancing staff peace of mind.

Note 2: Nighttime On-Call AgencyTM & Nighttime House Call Option

A service where Doctor Mate nurses nationwide (nighttime on-call nurses) handle nighttime on-call duties on behalf of facility nurses, as is standard practice in residential care facilities nationwide. Launched in 2020, it contributes to solving medical issues and labor shortages in the caregiving field. Since February 2026, as an option for "Nighttime On-Call AgencyTM," nurses from our affiliated medical institutions have been available to visit care facilities at night and handle medical responses within the facility or accompany patients to medical institutions in case of emergency nighttime transport, in select areas including Tokyo.

A service where specialized psychiatrists provide integrated care guidance, consultations, and electronic prescription issuance online. Appropriate medical cooperation is ensured by including preliminary care guidance. It also supports electronic prescriptions, enabling smooth prescription issuance without the hassle of sending original documents.

Note 4: DM-study

An online medical and legal training service for care staff, with over 40,000 users. It facilitates knowledge retention during short breaks through 5-10 minute videos by specialists such as physicians and an intuitive interface. It offers a one-stop solution from training planning to tests and document creation for audit response. It minimizes missed training sessions due to shift work and the burden of complex report management. For the "2026 Fiscal Year Legal Training" in April 2026, it supports multilingual subtitles in five languages, including Japanese.
