The 'On-site Execution Ability' Required for Disaster Response

What is truly required during a disaster is not just 'knowledge,' but the ability to make accurate judgments and take action on the ground. DMTC (Disaster Management Training Center), based at the University of Tokyo's Institute of Industrial Science, provides practical training on themes such as emergency operations center (EOC) management, risk communication, and shelter operations. We are currently accepting participants for various training programs to be held in May and June 2026.

Next-Generation Initiatives: Survival Camp DMTC is dedicated to fostering future disaster management professionals.
