Myca Inc., leading trading card management app provider, joins DMM Group; service renamed to "DMM Myca"

DMM.com LLC (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Innovation Company CEO: Yu Ogata) announced the acquisition of all issued shares of Myca Inc. (Headquarters: Tsukuba-shi, Ibaraki; Representative Director: Yusuke Kimura), making Myca Inc. a subsidiary. Myca Inc. operates the trading card management and purchase app "Mycalinks."

Following this acquisition, "Mycalinks" will be renamed "DMM Myca" starting April 14, 2026. DMM aims to maximize the use of its platform infrastructure to further expand services and provide new value in the trading card market.

"Mycalinks" launched in April 2023 and celebrates its third anniversary this year. Since its launch, it has covered major genres such as Pokémon Card, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Duel Masters, and One Piece Card Game, becoming the No. 1 downloaded trading card management app in Japan (Source: Sensor Tower, April 2023 to January 2026, combined iOS and Android downloads for apps containing "トレカ管理" in their name or description).

The DMM Group possesses business know-how, technological capabilities cultivated through operating over 60 services, and a membership base of 51.46 million (as of February 2025). By combining Myca's proven track record in trading card app operation with DMM's strong platform capabilities, the companies are confident in providing greater convenience and new value to users, leading to this acquisition.

Future plans include DMM account ID linkage, DMM point integration, and maximizing synergies with various services offered on the DMM platform to create a unique platform for trading card fans.

Related services will also be renamed: - DMM Myca POS (formerly Mycalinks POS) – POS system for trading card shops. - DMM Myca Pro (formerly Mycalinks Pro) – Sponsorship program for professional players, specifically a Pokémon Card Game pro team.

Key features of the DMM Myca app include easy registration of owned cards and boxes, instant viewing of card asset values, and real-time asset value fluctuations linked to market prices for single cards, graded cards (PSA), and unopened boxes/packs.
