Daiichikosho Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'the company') has conducted a survey on the karaoke ranking of songs related to 'Kyou, Suki ni Narimashita.' (hereinafter 'Kyou Suki'), an original romance reality show by ABEMA, the 'television of the new future.'

ABEMA's original program 'Kyou Suki' is a popular romance reality series featuring current high school students, themed around a 'romantic school trip.' Set in overseas locations, the show follows real and relatable stories of 'love' and 'youth' among high schoolers during a short, time-limited journey. It has gained widespread support, especially among teens and people in their 20s. The series maintains high viewership, and participants often go on to become influencers or models, making it a key source of youth culture. Music plays a significant role in enhancing the show’s atmosphere, with numerous songs used as theme and insert tracks. Pop songs depicting lighthearted romance and emotional ballads expressing unrequited love have deepened audience impressions by linking with iconic scenes, spreading alongside the show’s popularity.

Topping the chart is Mrs. GREEN APPLE's 'Tenboku no Uta (feat. Ikue Sonoko).' The song delicately portrays the conflicting yet mutual attraction in a male-female duet, strongly resonating with the worldview of 'Kyou Suki' and earning praise from younger audiences. The gentle, enveloping melody and emotional tone make it a highly relatable love song, popular in karaoke. Frequently chosen as background music for short, clip-style videos inspired by the show, it has deeply penetrated Gen Z audiences.

Third place goes to Mrs. GREEN APPLE's 'Blue Ambience (feat. asmi).' The lyrics, expressing moving forward with a loved one despite anxieties and inner conflicts about the future, align with the show’s themes—not only romantic relationships but also the value of irreplaceable time spent with friends—sparking discussion. The dynamic interplay with asmi creates a sense of momentum, while the refreshing melody tinged with melancholy adds to its charm. Following 'Tenboku no Uta,' it has become another widely sung duet in karaoke.

DAM is currently running a campaign where singing Ado’s new theme song 'Haru ni Mau' can win Ado’s original merchandise, and another campaign where singing past theme songs from 'Kyou Suki' offers premium prizes such as signed goods from show participants. These efforts aim to further boost the series’ popularity through karaoke.

The company aims to promote karaoke usage by continuing to launch trending surveys and collaborative projects.
