DK Elder System, Useful for Elderly Care Prevention and Health Promotion, Certified as Kanagawa Prefecture's 'ME-BYO BRAND'

(hereinafter 'the Company') is pleased to announce that as of today, March 27, 2026, its 'DK Elder System'—which features a variety of content designed to maintain and improve physical, oral, and cognitive functions—has been certified under the 'ME-BYO BRAND' program, a system through which Kanagawa Prefecture recognizes outstanding products and services related to the 'ME-BYO' (pre-symptomatic) industry.

DK Elder System dedicated unit 'FREE DAM LIFE'

'ME-BYO' refers to the state of health that changes continuously between health and illness. Kanagawa Prefecture promotes initiatives where individuals proactively improve and maintain their ME-BYO state in daily life, rather than taking action only after becoming ill. To solve social issues such as the visualization and intervention of ME-BYO, the prefecture introduced the 'ME-BYO BRAND' certification system to encourage changes in awareness and behavior among residents, promote ME-BYO improvement activities, and drive the industrialization of the ME-BYO sector. As of the end of March 2025, 48 products and services have been certified, and its recognition is growing year by year. Kanagawa Prefecture held a review committee consisting of experts to evaluate the DK Elder System based on five criteria: (1) Concept Suitability, (2) Reliability, (3) Innovation, (4) Marketability, and (5) Future Potential. The system was also reviewed from the perspective of addressing health issues such as dementia and frailty, leading to its certification. Moving forward, the Company will be able to use the 'ME-BYO BRAND' logo and trademark in business activities utilizing the DK Elder System. Additionally, it will be eligible for promotional activities at ME-BYO industry-related events hosted by the prefecture and can collaborate with other 'ME-BYO BRAND' certified entities. Based on our philosophy of building a new healthcare platform that supports smiles for everyone, the Company will continue to contribute to elderly care prevention and health maintenance through the DK Elder System.
