At this exhibition, under the theme 'Innovative Technologies for Next-Gen Vehicle Manufacturing: Advanced Solutions for EVs and Automation,' the Company will showcase solutions across three domains: Body, Powertrain, and Devices. The latest technologies addressing manufacturing site challenges such as digital transformation (DX), labor-saving, and environmental considerations will be introduced.

## Body Domain

Tunnel-Type Automated Visual Inspection System (manufactured by Konica Minolta, Inc. and Eines Systems S.L.)

This equipment enables non-contact, automated inspection of vehicle body appearance, which has traditionally relied heavily on visual inspection. By automating quality inspection and utilizing AI data analysis, it contributes to improved and stabilized quality as well as labor reduction.

## Powertrain Domain

Battery Manufacturing Line (UW JAPAN Co., Ltd., hereinafter 'UW')

UW has a proven track record of delivering battery pack production lines to battery and automobile manufacturers. The company offers end-to-end support from process design and conceptual planning to equipment manufacturing and line commissioning. By leveraging design automation and standardization technologies, UW achieves rapid and stable mass production line setup, providing optimal production lines on a full turnkey basis for all processes.

Additionally, UW will exhibit the real-time welding quality judgment technology 'RWD,' which has been adopted in mass production lines of EV battery manufacturers. RWD is a laser welding quality judgment system that monitors and evaluates weld penetration depth in real time during laser welding, supporting the transition from traditional sampling-based quality control to 100% inspection and monitoring of all weld points.

xEV Manufacturing Line (CASMT JAPAN Co., Ltd., hereinafter 'CASMT')

CASMT, a leader in AI-driven manufacturing automation proposals, provides next-generation comprehensive smart equipment solutions specialized in the advancement of AI-driven industrial automation. The company offers integrated proposals from individual equipment to full-process production lines, supporting various products such as EMB, BBW, and ECU Chassis-By-Wire.

## Device Domain

High-Precision, High-Speed Real-Time 3D Measurement (manufactured by Miwa Electric Co., Ltd. and C.C.S. Co., Ltd.)

We propose inspection automation utilizing a 'light field camera' capable of micron-level height measurement in a single shot. By combining it with line lighting technology using LED illumination, data acquisition with reduced noise is possible compared to laser light source methods.

Application examples: Shape inspection of wire bonding, gold wires in CMOS, appearance inspection of welding marks, etc.
