[Daiichi Jitsugyo] Announcement of Participation in "Propak Asia"

DAIICHI JITSUGYO (THAILAND) CO., LTD, a group company of the general machinery trading firm Daiichi Jitsugyo Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Yuji Funawatari), will participate in "Propak Asia," which will be held in Bangkok, Thailand, for four days from June 10 (Wed) to 13 (Sat), 2026. This is one of Asia's leading exhibitions where processing and packaging technologies for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and consumer goods manufacturing gather from around the world.

At our booth, we will highlight three areas: quality and safety enhancement through AI and traceability, environmental response and cost reduction through energy saving and heat insulation, and new business creation through next-generation food, proposing solutions for realizing DX and sustainability in the food and pharmaceutical fields.

TQS SP (WIPOTEC GmbH)

A traceability system that performs serial management on a per-individual-box basis. It supports both integration into existing lines and standalone operation, supporting quality control and regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical and food fields.

- Achieves high productivity with high-speed processing of up to 600 pieces per minute
- All-in-one design integrating printing, camera inspection, and data management
- Compliant with serialization in the pharmaceutical and food industries

We will perform demonstrations of the operation from printing and reading to data management using a demo machine.

AI Inspector (Trust Technology Co., Ltd.)

An image inspection system that automates visual inspection in manufacturing processes including food. It is a practical AI solution suitable for on-site operation.

- Reproduces expert judgment with AI to achieve uniform inspection accuracy
- No programming required; AI can be operated by on-site staff alone
- Easy to introduce with a one-time purchase model, suppressing running costs

We will perform real-time AI judgment demonstrations using actual images.

Hie-Roof (Sawaya Co., Ltd.)

A heat shielding and insulation system installed on roofs, which suppresses building temperature rise and realizes energy savings through shade formation, air layer, and ventilation.

- Significantly reduces roof temperature (track record of a difference of approximately 20°C or more)
- Reduces power consumption by reducing air conditioning load (track record of approximately 48% reduction)
- Achieves zero running costs, short-term construction, and long service life

We will display data on temperature reduction effects and energy-saving performance.

Wolffia (Flo)

A next-generation plant-based protein food utilizing the world's smallest plant, "Wolffia."

- Complete plant-based food containing approximately 40% protein and essential amino acids
- High production efficiency more than 10 times that of soybeans
- Environmentally friendly ingredient with low load on water, land, and CO2
- Can be developed for a wide range of applications such as food, beverage, and functional food

We will conduct hands-on exhibitions through sample provision and tasting.
