Daiichi Jitsugyo Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yuji Funato; hereinafter "DJK"), a comprehensive machinery trading company, has signed a distribution agreement in Japan with Suzhou CAI Machine Group Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, China; Chairman: MA SHUN; hereinafter "CAI") for dry offset printing machines used for plastic cups and trays.

### Background and Goals: Maximizing Synergy with Vacuum Forming Business In the domestic plastic container manufacturing industry, there is a rising demand for "high-speed, high-definition printing" to differentiate products, alongside a need to address severe labor shortages.

DJK has traditionally provided a wide range of packaging material manufacturing equipment, centered on vacuum forming machines. Through this partnership, DJK can now propose integrated lines covering everything from molding to printing, inspection, and packaging. This maximizes synergy with DJK's vacuum forming business, contributing to the optimization of customers' entire production lines and productivity improvement.
