March 26, 2026 - DJI, a global leader in consumer drones and innovative camera technology, today announced the Avata 360, a camera drone that supports 360° shooting. Designed to unlock infinite creativity from a single take, this new 8K 360° flagship drone is capable of shooting 8K/60fps HDR video thanks to its 360° imaging with a 1-inch equivalent sensor. At the same time, DJI's high-performance O4+ video transmission system and obstacle detection functions allow creators to enjoy stable and safe flights even when flying far away, while also enjoying immersive flights.

The latest model, a new addition to the popular Avata series, offers an immersive 360° flight experience full of FPV thrills when used in combination with DJI goggles and a motion controller. The Avata 360 also supports conventional flight using DJI transmitters.

With the Avata 360, by shooting 360° footage in a single flight, you can reframe from your desired perspective during post-editing. Let's experience a new kind of flight where you can create diverse creative footage from a single shot.

Vivid visual expression, infinite creativity

The Avata 360 is equipped with two lenses and can seamlessly switch between 360° shooting mode and single-lens mode. The equipped 360° lens uses a 1-inch equivalent sensor and can shoot 360° footage with rich detail, supporting 8K/60fps HDR video shooting and 120-megapixel photo shooting. With large 2.4μm pixels and high dynamic range, it captures beautiful and clear details even in bright and dark areas. Both videos and photos can be exported directly, and can also be reframed in post-editing. At the same time, in single-lens mode, which shoots using only one lens, you can shoot 4K/60fps footage in the traditional Avata series shooting style.
