Yadoyajuku Co., Ltd. (Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Takuji Yamamoto), which operates a 'business school' specializing in human resource development in the lodging industry, has renewed the content of its 'Hotel Management Study Group' with the aim of fostering executives who can adapt to rapidly changing times.

Since its inception in 2023, this study group has produced many executives. It has now been redefined with the concept of 'providing a continuous place for learning and practice,' incorporating not only the acquisition of management theory but also newly adding 'Advanced Hotel Inspection Tours' (three times a year) to visit innovative inns nationwide. This strengthens its function as a community where like-minded executives can continuously improve over the long term.
Four Features of the 'Hotel Management Study Group'
With this renewal, we have systematized 'four elements' that enable executives to constantly access the latest knowledge and continuously update their company's management.
1. Instructor Quality
Speakers who are usually difficult to hear will give lectures from various perspectives, both inside and outside the industry. The speakers are divided into three types:
・ Excellent inn managers themselves
・ Experts deeply knowledgeable about the lodging and tourism industries
・ Individuals who can speak about the essence of management and the role of executives, regardless of the lodging business
2. System
Most sessions will be held in conference rooms in Tokyo, but they are designed to allow researchers from distant locations to participate online (Zoom). *Up to two employees from the researcher's affiliated company can participate in the in-person venue. Please bring your right-hand employees with whom you would like to discuss management challenges.
3. Place for Exploration
Three 'Advanced Hotel Inspection Tours' will be held annually (tour participation incurs separate actual costs). Participants will stay at notable inns with excellent management, listen to lectures from their executives, and experience the accommodation. This allows for interactive learning about the behind-the-scenes management and know-how that would not be apparent as a regular guest. Interaction among study group members through these 'journeys' also provides significant value. *For fiscal year 2026, a 'Beppu Onsen 'Shiragiku' Growth Process Inspection Tour' (which achieved V-shaped growth with the support of Tomoyuki Sano, CEO of T-BOX) is scheduled for June, and a 'Cambodia Inspection Tour to See Japanese Hotel Managers in Action' is scheduled for September.
4. Place for Gathering
This study group brings together diverse and attractive executives from across Japan, ranging from major railway hotel companies to independent ryokans. Through lunch meetings at notable hotel restaurants, free discussion sessions (Lo-no-ji-no-kai), and social gatherings after study sessions, a system is provided for management consultations. This fosters information exchange and horizontal connections among peers facing similar challenges.
